All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. This translates to 1-3 days in transit, so orders are almost always received within 1 week of order placement and typically sooner (as long as USPS holds up their end of the bargain).
Well well well, if it isn’t the million dollar question! I’m always ideating new city alphabets, but you can bump your city up in the queue by nominating it. Creating authentic alphabets that truly speak to a city’s roots is non-negotiable, so insight from locals is super helpful and so very necessary! Yes! I have stockists in Buffalo, Winston-Salem, and D.C. I also participate in a handful of pop-ups throughout the year in Winston (typically around the holiday season) so keep an eye out for announcements on my Instagram page.
Check our our Amazon Storefront for framing recommendations. All prints are standard sizes making it super easy to find the perfect frame for your print, and some prints come pre-matted or with the option to add a mat. If there's a specific color mat that you're looking for, stopping by a local frame shop is your best bet!
Yes! I'm currently wrapping up my first fully custom alphabet commission, and would love to take on another, so let’s chat!
At this time, I do not offer customizations to city alphabet prints. I believe there’s something special about the time stamp that is captured within each alphabet, and would hate to lose this authenticity with multiple versions floating around town.
I do not accept these types of commissions. Architectural and small-business based illustration/design is my main focus. If you're interested in working together, let's chat!
Quality is of utmost importance to us. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please reach out and we'll will work with you to replace the item as soon as possible. Aside from damaged items, all orders are final sale and we are unable to process refunds. Products purchased from local retailers must be returned to the store which they were purchased from.
