How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped out 2x/week. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. This translates to 1-3 days in transit, so orders are almost always received within 1 week of order placement and typically sooner (as long as USPS holds up their end of the bargain).
Which city will you create an alphabet for next?
Well well well, if it isn’t the million dollar question! I’m always ideating new city alphabets, but you can bump your city up in the queue by nominating it. Creating authentic alphabets that truly speak to a city’s roots is non-negotiable, so insight from locals is super helpful and so very necessary! I’m currently illustrating the Washington, D.C. alphabet and you can follow my progress on Instagram!
Can I buy your products in person?
Do you have any suggestions for framing my print?
All prints are standard sizes making it super easy to find the perfect frame for your print. You can also choose to add a mat to your order (white or grey) or take the print to a local frame shop if you’re looking for a specific color.
Can you illustrate a custom alphabet for me?
Yes – however, this is essentially 26 custom illustrations, which is a labor of love and therefore, a bit pricey. Oftentimes, I’ll instead suggest choosing ~3 meaningful landmarks that can be displayed as a series of illustrated wall prints. There are plenty of other suggestions I’m happy to make as well – let’s chat!
Can you create a custom version of the alphabet with my business as one of the letters?
At this time, I do not offer customizations to city alphabet prints. I believe there’s something special about the time stamp that is captured within each alphabet, and would hate to lose this authenticity with multiple versions floating around town.
Can you draw a portrait of my family?
I am not currently accepting these types of commissions. Architectural and small-business based illustration/design is my main focus, but I’d love to open up more spaces for portrait commissions in the future!
What is your return policy?
Quality is of utmost importance to me. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please reach out and I will work with you to replace the item as soon as possible. Aside from damaged items, all orders are final sale and I am unable to process refunds. Products purchased from local stockists must be returned to the store which they were purchased from.
